On Point Care
Our care Promise

We Promise Care
On Point Care believes that care means more than simply support. It’s about helping you live your life in dignity, joy and independence.
We promise you that we will see you as a person and not only the plan. Our team will help you achieve your goals, whether it’s to learn a new skill, maintain your home comfortably, or explore your locality. We work with you, not just for you.
Here is a summary of our core services that help us deliver on this promise.
1. Connecting you with your Community
Everyone deserves to be able to enjoy themselves, explore their potential, and socialize. Our community services help you to get out of your house and explore the world.
We offer standard community participation. Whether you want 1-on-1 assistance or group excursions, we will organize outings to match your interests. We ensure that you are connected. From BBQ picnics and beach days to bowling, and visiting local attractions such as the zoo.
2. Innovative Participation:
We offer unique activities that will challenge you and inspire your creativity.
Active & Adventure: Kickboxing, wall climbing, kick-karting and horse riding.
Create & Relax: Classes in dance, cooking, hydrotherapy.
We’d love to hear about your bucket list. If there is something you want to do that we haven’t listed, please let us know. We love turning “I wish” into “I did.”
3. Support for Daily Living
You don’t have to be a hermit in order to live independently. Our goal is to help you maintain a smooth life so that you can enjoy what you do.
Personal Care & Daily Routine: We assist with the essentials–showering, dressing, and grooming–always with the utmost respect and privacy. You can also get help with shopping, meal preparation and appointments.
Our team is here to help you keep your home beautiful. We can handle all your general cleaning needs, including laundry, ironing and dishwashing. We use eco-friendly cleaning products whether you want a weekly clean, or a “spring clean” every now and then.
4. Health & Wellbeing
We are committed to your health. Our nursing staff is fully qualified and compassionate. We know that medical needs are complex.
Clinical Care: Our nurses offer high-level clinical services tailored to your medical needs.
Holistic Support: Our nursing team is focused on your physical and mental health, not just medical issues. We want you to feel understood, supported and without judgment.
5. Get You There
Freedom is only possible with mobility. We make sure you get to where you need to go in a safe and reliable manner.
We offer reliable transport to and from medical appointments, social events, the airport, gyms or other destinations. Our vehicles are fully insured, safety checked, and available for you to use.
Building Independence: We can help you learn how to use public transportation (buses/trains), or services such as taxis and ride-sharing, so you are able to travel at your own pace.
Why On Point Care?
Customized to You: “Regular” means something different for each person. We ask you questions to match you with someone who understands and shares your interests.
Our Staff is Qualified and Compassionate. They are not only skilled, but they are also energetic, honest and committed to helping you succeed.
Flexible: As your needs change, so does our support. Our flexible schedule is designed to suit your needs, not the opposite.
